Join a group of nonprofit leaders & staff to explore Boundaries that work: Set boundaries that boost your organization’s collaboration, sustainability, and impact during a 90-minute Virtual Workshop. If you are looking to explore ways to relieve pressure and avoid burnout, this is the training for you.
This session will be facilitated by Reva Patwardhan PCC, Founder and Executive Coach for Great Good Coaching.
We strive to co-create spaces of meaningful connection and belonging (these workshops are not webinars). We encourage and model frequent screen and body breaks. We believe collective learning leads to the most innovative and effective outcomes.
The pressure on nonprofit organizations and leaders is greater than ever. The uncertain economic and political environment brings fresh urgency to the sector’s work. Meanwhile, the workforce is increasingly pushing back on the sector’s long standing practice of Burnout Culture, insisting instead on fair pay and sustainability.
That means nonprofit leaders must collaborate to create new ways to work that respect the humans doing the work, while enhancing – and not sacrificing – their ability to move their mission.
In this session, you will learn a foundational skill set towards that end: Setting boundaries that work for you, your organization, and your mission. This workshop is for anyone in a leadership position who aims to improve their organization's, team's, or their own individual ability to advance their mission without burning out. It will be an interactive session where participants will have opportunities to reflect on, discuss, and get help applying presented concepts to their work.
You will leave this session having learned:
-
-
How to recognize when you, your team, or your organization has run into a boundary problem
-
How to design and practice boundaries that work while avoiding common pitfalls
-
How to navigate common conflicts between individual and organizational needs
-
The leadership mindsets required for healthy work boundaries, and ways to practice them
-
The virtual session will take place over Zoom.
