Gathering Details
Join a group of nonprofit leaders & staff to explore Bye Bye Hierarchies during a 2-hour Virtual Workshop. If you are looking to explore different leadership models for your organization, this is the training for you.
We strive to co-create spaces of meaningful connection and belonging (these workshops are not webinars). We encourage and model frequent screen and body breaks. We believe collective learning leads to the most innovative and effective outcomes.
One person having too much power leads to a lot of challenging internal dynamics. In this workshop, you'll learn about two models - the shared leadership model and the horizontal structure, as ways to disperse power allowing everyone to focus on the communities they're serving vs. navigating internal politics and feelings of defeat.
This session will be facilitated by Anjali Mehta (she/her), Director of People and Operations at rootid.
The virtual session will take place over Zoom.
