This roundtable will be co-facilitated by Sia Magadan & Val Neumark, educators, facilitators and coaches focused on using communications, design-thinking and technology as vehicles to advance equity.

Our aim is to humanize our virtual spaces as much as possible—these workshops are not webinars—we focus our time together on interactivity and connection, including frequent screen and body breaks.

This discussion room-style agenda invites attendees to:

  • Identify aspirational audiences and examine where current communications have gone wrong in conveying organizational values and mission.
  • Craft new key messages that more effectively communicate.
  • Develop a plan to test, engage & build audience trust.
  • Grow your network of nonprofit industry leaders to continue the conversation.

After the breakouts & discussions, we will walk through a value-centered, planning framework.
