Gathering Details

Join a group of nonprofit leaders & staff to explore Designing Equity-centered KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Your Organization during a 2-hour Virtual Roundtable. This session will focus on high level concepts as well as practical strategies and tools to develop and implement meaningful decision-making frameworks, accountability structures and OKRs (objectives & key results) and that are equity-centered and build relational trust within your teams and community.

We strive to co-create spaces of meaningful connection and belonging (these workshops are not webinars). We encourage and model frequent screen and body breaks. We believe collective learning leads to the most innovative and effective outcomes.

This roundtable will be co-facilitated by Anjali Mehta who has been leading individual donor fundraising and strategy while incorporating equity and inclusion values to her philanthropy and management work. She has worked at organizations focusing on juvenile justice youth to transportation and land use policy to workforce development for Bay Area asylees, refugees, and youth of color.

This solution room-style agenda invites attendees to:

  • Discuss challenges they are currently facing in establishing values-aligned objects and results.
  • Ideate with peers, consultants and funders from the nonprofit sector about potential solutions.
  • Learn about tools, practices, and policies that have helped others succeed already in the face of similar challenges.
  • Grow your network of nonprofit industry leaders to continue the conversation.

After the solution room, walk through a project management planning framework that rootid uses with nonprofit clients.

The virtual session will take place over Zoom.
