Join a group of nonprofit leaders & staff to explore Getting the Answers You Need: Stakeholder Interviews & Surveys Through an Equity-lens during a 2-hour Virtual Roundtable. This session will focus on practical strategies and tools to develop and execute meaningful stakeholder interviews, focus groups and surveys that are equity-centered and build relational trust within your community. If you don't think of yourself as user experience designer or are just looking for an opportunity to refresh your thinking, this is the roundtable for you.
We strive to co-create spaces of meaningful connection and belonging (these workshops are not webinars). We encourage and model frequent screen and body breaks. We believe collective learning leads to the most innovative and effective outcomes.
This roundtable will be co-facilitated by Mabel Colón, a User Experience & Service designer who is always looking for strategic ways to solve problems. She enjoys that magic spot where open-minded collaboration and creativity fills a real and practical need.
This solution room-style agenda invites attendees to:
- Discuss challenges they are currently facing in gathering input from community stakeholders.
- Ideate with peers, consultants and funders from the nonprofit sector about potential solutions.
- Learn about tools, practices, and policies that have helped others succeed already in the face of similar challenges.
- Grow your network of nonprofit industry leaders to continue the conversation.
After the solution room, walk through a project management planning framework that rootid uses with nonprofit clients.
The virtual session will take place over Zoom.
