Gathering Details
Data that shows your organization’s recent response efforts and highlights progress towards goals over time is the key to telling compelling stories that will inspire community members to engage with your mission.
Join Lisa Fung, Managing Director of UpMetrics as we explore ways to Leverage Your Data to more effectively tell your nonprofit's story of impact during this 2-hour virtual workshop.
As the pandemic continues to create great uncertainty in virtually every facet of our lives, funders are increasingly motivated to donate to nonprofits who are providing essential services to society’s most vulnerable populations. As a result, nonprofits have a unique opportunity to cultivate new donors by sharing the important work they are doing to support their constituents during this difficult time. But for many organizations, the question of how to tell a compelling story that captures the depth of your impact remains.
In this session you will learn:
-
Why telling your organization’s story with data is especially important now
-
How to develop your organization’s impact framework in 4 simple steps
-
How to collect, manage, and analyze data with flexible reporting tools
-
How to combine qualitative and quantitative data to tell compelling stories that drive donors to act
The virtual session will take place over Zoom.
We strive to co-create spaces of meaningful connection and belonging (these workshops are not webinars). We encourage and model frequent screen and body breaks. We believe collective learning leads to the most innovative and effective outcomes.
