Join a group of nonprofit leaders & staff to explore Organizing the Chaos: How Logic Models Can Help Communicate 'What You Do' during a 3.5-hour Virtual Workshop. Are you struggling to clarify your message because you are doing so many things that people's eyes glaze over when you begin to explain what your organization does? If you are looking to get more organized and be able to speak more clearly and simply about what you do—then this is the training for you.

We strive to co-create spaces of meaningful connection and belonging (these workshops are not webinars). We encourage and model frequent screen and body breaks. We believe collective learning leads to the most innovative and effective outcomes.

This roundtable will be co-facilitated by Val Neumark (she/they) & Sia Magadan (she/ella), communications strategists, educators, facilitators and coaches focused on using communications, design-thinking and technology as vehicles to advance equity.

This collaboration room-style agenda invites attendees to:

  • Discuss challenges they are currently facing in explaining the complexity of their work in ways that feels clear, meaningful and valued-centered.
  • Ideate with peers, consultants and funders from the nonprofit sector about potential solutions.
  • Gain strategies and tools to organize your work into distinct pillars/buckets.
  • More clearly share your mission, vision, impact and outcomes with others.

After the collaboration room, walk through logic model framework that rootid uses with nonprofit clients.

The virtual session will take place over Zoom.
