the typical cohort experience
rootid will survey cohort participants to understand their unique challenges, requirements, and aspirations. This needs assessment process will provided valuable insights as we move into the cohort design stage.
Based on the elevated needs of participants, rootid will co-design a curriculum for the cohort. Cohorts typically last 4-6 weeks and will include a mix of group learning and one-on-one coaching. All participants typically leave the cohort with a set of marketing tools and defined strategy to move forward.
Cohort learning sessions bring the participants together in virtual or in-person learning sessions. The sessions foster open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and skill-building among participants. This enables them to develop a deeper understanding of equity-centered communications strategies and their application within their organizations.
Working together also may generate opportunities for participants to partner on projects outside of the cohort.
Cohort experiences typically include personalized one-on-one coaching sessions for each participant. This individualized support helps address unique challenges and provides a confidential space for leaders to explore complex and vulnerable topics related to challenges they may be facing.
