We're Hiring! Full-time Sr. Project & Operations Manager

rootid is currently seeking applicants for a full-time, remote, Senior Project Manager to join our small but mighty team.

rootid was founded in 2011 and is a fully remote, US-based, brand, communications and marketing studio committed to being a part of co-designing and implementing community-centered, communications capacity-building within the nonprofit sector.

Our processes are aligned with Liberatory Design, and our structures are grounded in our values of anti-racism, equitable access to opportunities and resources, partnership through listening and building trust, community-led breakthroughs, fearless curiosity, reimagination, health and healing.

We have recently completed a new strategic plan and vision and are looking for someone who is excited about joining us in co-designing a new operations plan, ie. being a part of imaging and designing a workplace that embodies what the above values really mean in practice.

  • knowledge of design principles and web accessibility

  • competencies in Google Docs

  • prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
